9:30 AM – Time for Your Heart Exercise Class in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone welcome!
WEDNESDAY: 6:00 PM – Bell Choir Practice
6:30 – 7:30 PM – Bible Class for Grades 1st through 5th.
6:30 – 7:30 PM - The 9-12th grade ministry “Insight” will be meeting in their small groups at the location chosen by their small group leader. If you need help in finding a group contact Toby.
6:45 PM – Bible Class for Grades 6th – 8th.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE!
Attention Congregation! We will be using name tags during worship for six months. We are doing this in an effort to help us to get to know one another better and we have found this to be very beneficial for new members and visitors. If you have any questions or comments about the use of name tags please contact Pastor Brian. We appreciate your cooperation.

It was good to hear that 85% of the kids new their scripture memory work this week. Let’s work together to learn Matthew 11:28.

Bible Class Children are invited to be part of worship for 2 services in February. They do not need any extra practice! (They will practice during Bible Class nights on Wednesdays). Here are the 2 dates: Sunday Night, February 19th, FRC Concert of Praise, 6:00 PM and Sunday Morning, February 26th, 9:00 AM Service. Parents please let Valerie know via Facebook, E-mail vgrissom@frcoostburg.org, or phone 920-918-3450 if your child can participate in one or both of these days. We need to know if we will have enough children to participate:)!

Hearts of Praise and GlorySound: We will have special times for practices on Sunday, February 12th to sound check for the Concert of Praise. Hearts of Praise will meet from 4:00 – 5:00 PM. in the Sanctuary. Glory-Sound will meet from 5:00 – 5:45 PM in the Sanctuary. There will be no practices TODAY!!!

Newsflash! There is still room for the work trip to Annville, Kentucky from March 24-31. There will be an organizational meeting for this trip this afternoon at 2 PM in the Lounge. If you are interested in the trip but are not able to attend the meeting please contact Pastor Brian.

Attention Couples Getaway Participants! If you have not paid for your registration please do so this week. The cost is $100. You can pay Gina Huibregtse or Pastor Brian. If you need financial assistance please contact Pastor Brian.

We would like to encourage the congregation to remember our military families, college students, prisoners, shut ins, the sick and infirm, and missionaries. Valentines care packages will be prepared this Wednesday night, February 8th, during Bible Class. Please consider making cards, baking cookies, or donating other non-perishables. Drop your donations off in the kitchen by 7:00 Wednesday evening. If you'd prefer to donate your time, join us to assemble the care packages this Wednesday between 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Contact Patti Duenk at 564-3221 if you have questions or suggestions.

There will be a family friendly Lenten Kick-Off including a project, dinner, and a devotion prior to the Ash Wednesday service on Wednesday, February 22nd at 5:30 PM. Please see the insert in the bulletin for more information. Sign-up is NEEDED for this event. Please sign-up on the Children’s Ministry Board outside of the Library or contact Lori Taylor for more information.

GUEST HOMES NEEDED! Please consider serving/ blessing others through the gift of hospitality! On Sunday Night, March 4th, FRC will be blessed to host a concert by Northwestern’s A cappella Choir. We will need our church members to provide overnight housing/hospitality for this 56-member A cappella Choir. Each host will need to provide students with breakfast and a sack lunch for them to take with them the next day. If you would like to volunteer in this way, please sign up on the Worship Board outside Valerie’s office. If you have questions, please contact Valerie Grissom or Gloria Opgenorth for more information.

On Sunday Evening, February 26th, at 6:00 PM we will be having a Service of Remembrance. We will be remembering those from our church family who passed away in 2011. Please mark your calendars and plan on attending this special service.

The next Reformed Rebuilders meeting will be on Sunday, February, 26th, at 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Room. At this meeting we will be looking at work trip options. Everyone is welcome!

SAVE THE DATE! FRC will host a Concert of Praise that will feature our choir and several singing groups from our church on Sunday Night, Feb. 19th, at 6:00 PM. This will be a special night of music, praise and testimony.

OOSTBURG CHRISTIAN SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE: You are cordially invited to an all-school Open House on Thursday, February 9th, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. If you know of any families who are interested in learning more about our school, please invite them to come, or you may also give us the information and we will send them an invitation. As always new families are always welcome to schedule a private tour and a meeting with Mr. Adams at any time.

YOUTH MINISTRIES
For Terrific Tuesdays during the month of February, we will meet on the 3rd and 4th Tuesdays

Friends in Christ will be meeting again, Monday night – February 13th from 7-8:30pm in the Church House. All 6-8th graders and their friends are invited to come on out for spiritual formation, snacks, songs & games.

enCOUNTER II is taking place on February 15th from 7-8pm @ Oostburg Christian School with an after party at the Bethel Ministry Building. enCOUNTER is an all area wide high school worship night – be sure to invite your friends!

Insight (9-12th grade) Winter Retreat at Lake Lundgren Bible Camp will be February 17th-19th. Cost is $50 and I need it turned in with the Health Form (found on the youth board) by February 13th. There will be late transportation for the guys involved in the basketball game Friday night.

The Insight summer mission trip team to Kansas City is on the youth board. The trip is from June 17th-23rd and the cost has now dropped to $150 (Fundraising will be organized to help). The total number going on the trip can now only change by 10%. If you are interested in going but are not on the list you need to contact Toby. The final team of who is going must be set by Feb. 15th. A $60 deposit to the church from the first 20 people guarantees you a spot on the trip. For more information contact Toby.

There will be a Chili Dinner to benefit the Gathering Place on Sunday, February 19th, from 11 am to 2 pm at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, 730 County Road PPP, Sheboygan Falls. All proceeds from the dinner will benefit The Gathering Place. Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 3-11. They are also taking pre-sales on chili to go.
