| ADULT MINISTRY SMALL GROUP MINISTRY: The purpose of small groups is to provide support and encouragement in a small group setting. Groups of six to twelve people meet regularly to share their concerns and to care for each other. Each small group meeting consists of an ice-breaker, Bible study, sharing and caring time. SUNDAY SCHOOL: Classes for all age groups meet each Sunday morning from September through May at 10:10 AM. A series of adult electives are offered each quarter, offering Biblical answers and guidance to life issues. YOUNG AT HEART: his group of retirement age men and women meet each month in the Fellowship Hall for a Potluck Dinner, and discuss political, local, historical, and other issues and activities. They also have a spring and fall bus tour. A TIME FOR YOUR HEART:A low impact, but effective time of exercise to help keep the juices flowing and the ticker tickiní. Join others in fun and fellowship while maintaining or improving your fitness level. MISSION WORK PROJECTS: Work groups are organized, as needed, to assist on mission fields with special projects, and in communities who have experienced natural disasters. These work projects are set up through the Pastoral Care Deacons. FAMILY WORK GROUPS: The church family is divided up into work groups helping to meet the physical and also the emotional needs of our church family. They serve together at special birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, etc. 2 Timothy 2:15: Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. |
